However, we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country, state, and county of residence or any other relevant country, state, and county. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Palm Beach County, Florida for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
